This policy explains how to cancel orders placed with Relicsphere.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy. Custom-commissioned or personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email support@relicsphere.online with your order reference as early as possible. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations by Us
As many items are one-of-a-kind, in rare cases an item may sell or become unavailable simultaneously through another channel. If we must cancel an order for this reason, you will receive a full refund promptly.
