A traditional Pattachitra scroll from Odisha, painted on treated cloth (patta) with natural mineral and vegetable colours. The disciplined line work and mythological narrative scenes reflect a craft handed down through generations of chitrakar families. Each scroll is individually painted and signed by the artisan where applicable. Size approx. 30 x 45 cm. A collectible example of living Indian folk heritage.
